Who we are

Beast Websites (beastwebsites.com) is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at any time at Hello@beastwebsites.com.

What we collect

When you fill in our enquiry form we collect: your name, email address, business name, phone number, the plan you pick, your line of business and, if you choose to share them, links to your social media profiles.

If you become a customer, we also process payment details through our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles those directly.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you go ahead — build, host and maintain your website and business email.

Our lawful basis under GDPR is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your details for marketing lists, we do not send spam, and we never sell your data to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run your website: Stripe (payments), Google (Gmail business email), and our hosting provider. Each processes your data only as needed to deliver their service, under their own GDPR-compliant terms.

We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months so we can pick the conversation back up if you return. If you become a customer, we keep your details for as long as you are a customer, plus any period required by tax and accounting law.

After that, your data is securely deleted.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted (the “right to be forgotten”), restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, email Hello@beastwebsites.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies or storage used are strictly necessary for the site to function.
