Short, plain English, no small print games. These terms cover the €299 website and the Beast mode (€20/month) and Full Beast mode (€40/month) plans from Beast Websites.

A professional website built for your business for a one-off fee paid upfront before work begins — €299 for Beast mode (a landing page website) or €399 for Full Beast mode (a 5-page website).
Professional hosting, your domain and a professional Gmail business email address are included in your monthly fee.

€299 (Beast mode) or €399 (Full Beast mode) upfront, then €20 per month (Beast mode) or €40 per month (Full Beast mode). The monthly fee starts when your website goes live and keeps your site hosted, your business email running and your site maintained.
The monthly fee is billed every month in advance. If a monthly payment is missed, we may suspend the website and business email until the account is brought up to date.

All payments are non-refundable. The €299/€399 build fee and any monthly fees already paid are not refundable, including if you decide not to proceed after work has started or you cancel part-way through a month.
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund payments already made.

Beast mode (€20/month) includes hosting, your business email and 2 edits per month. Full Beast mode (€40/month) includes hosting, your business email and 5 edits per month. An edit is a small change — for example a text change, swapping an image, or updating your opening hours or contact details.
Edits are not cumulative: unused edits do not roll over to the following month.
Anything larger than a small edit — new pages, new features, redesigns, ecommerce, or bulk content changes — is quoted separately before any work starts.

You provide the text, images, logos and any other material for your website, and you confirm you have the right to use them.
We may be unable to keep a project on schedule if the content we need has not been supplied.

If the monthly plan is cancelled, hosting and the business email end, and your website will no longer be online.
You keep ownership of your own content, brand and domain name.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
